Pears With Walnuts & Cranberries (Gluten Free)

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

If served as two portions, provides 340 cals, 24g fat (of which 6g saturates), 34g sugar and 0.13g salt per portion.

Ingredients

- 2 tbsp of honey
- 30g (1oz) dried cranberries
- 30g (1oz) walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 small tin of pear halves
- 1 small pot of Greek yogurt

Method

1. In a small pan add honey and cranberries and gently heat through. Remove from heat and add half of the nuts. Leave aside.

2. Add 2 pear halves to 2 serving dishes cavity up. Place a tsp of yogurt in the cavities.

3. Evenly sprinkle over the cranberries then drizzle the warm honey over the cranberries, nuts and pear.

4. Sprinkle over the remaining nuts and serve with any remaining yogurt and fresh mint leaves as desired.
