Deleting threads and comments

Deleting threads and comments are normally done in two ways.

Either by the member himself or by the Admin who will delete them either at his own discrection or at the request of the member.

The reason being, of course, is to maintain the integrity of this forum which, in my opinion, is of a very high standard ... So when a thread starts to deteriotate by the entrance of an obvious trouble maker, then it's time to call it a day ... nip it in the bud ... request a deletion.

I'm on the Admin team of several Facebook groups and a couple of forums and I've done my share of nipping trouble makers in the bud, but more often than not, they just sprout up somewhere else ;) and even try to sprout back, but they are INSTANTLY recognizable so are really wasting their time on here because it goes against their grain to be nice, friendly and helpful like all the other members on here. :D

They never mention this on "A Place in the Sun" when the buyer says " We don't need a big kitchen, we will eat out on the terrace every Day"

It looks like Spain has the normal British Isles weather at the moment. I am basking in glorious warm sunshine at 18/20 degrees. Mind you I am not about to cast off any garments quite yet.

It will probably be a heatwave for Easter in Torrevieja as all the rain will head back up north to its rightful home.

We were very lucky a couple of years ago...loads of rain events cancelled all over the place but Lorca managed to avoid the rain right up until the last minute.
