Ready in: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 (makes)

If served as two drinks, provides 226 cals, 1g fat (of which 0g saturates), 48g sugar and 0.1g salt per drink.

Ingredients

- 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cardamom pods, crushed (optional)

Method

1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, ice, sugar, mint leaves and cardamom pods if desired. Cover and process for 30 - 60 seconds or until blended. Pour into two chilled glasses; serve immediately.
