I have applied for a refund. Do they acknowledge your application for a refund? I received an email from them telling me to apply for the refund.
Thank you

At least you've had the offer of a refund. All I have had from Easy Jet is an offer to rebook the flight!

I clicked on the link. Filled in a short form. Not sure I did it correctly.

Same here Lincoln 45.
No mention of refund - just the opportunity to rebook.

Not sure of the legal standing, but wondering if they are waiting for Governments to close the airports, and then tell us to claim off insurance instead of offering a refund.

Booked on a flight back to the UK next Monday. In the meantime keeping a close watch on their website.

Good point . Yes , that's probably what they'll do.
In not due to fly for another 3 weeks yet , I'm just hoping some of the flights that have been suspended , will be resumed again.
Fingers crossed

I filled in their form for a cancelled flight for 4th April. I still keep getting texts and emails asking to rebook or apply for refund. Hard to know if their system works.

Rynair have said that they expect no flights for April and May. I was due to fly to the UK on 14 April but last night I was told by Ryanair that it that was cancelled and I opted for a refund.
