According to this article, additional controls have been put in place since last Thursday to stop visitors from other autonomous areas from accessing Torrevieja in advance of Semana Santa, but it seems to suggest that these additional controls are at night and have not found any unwarranted travel.

...but if everybody observes the lockdown rules and social distancing...should not be a problem....

not ideal, travelling from one place to another, but going to a shop is not ideal either..

I called into Mercadona this morning . Almost everyone ( myself included ) was wearing a mask.
Last week, only about 50% of customers were wearing them.
Good to see that people aren't getting complacent, even though the latest news is encouraging.

I am not sure about masks and gloves...seen a lot of diy masks from Screwfix or Poundland being worn...ineffective and do not protect the eyes. Gloves may be a problem if not correctly removed and disposed of...better to wash hands properly or use antiseptic gels IMHO.
Still think social distancing 2 metres or more apart is best measure to adopt, and pay with tap and go not cash.
