Re: Labour landslide.
I am so pleased to see a Labour majority let's hope we have stability and common sense now.
What disappoints me with this is the turn out around 53% of the eligible people voted We fought long and hard for the right to the vote and the chance to influence decisions that directly affect us, and then we don't take it, what is wrong with people.

Re: Labour landslide.
It just shows just how many people have no confidence whatsoever in either party, so what's the point in voting.
It's an indication of the state of the political situation in the UK when people have nobody to vote for.
People are being true to their conscience.

Re: Labour landslide.
I just hope that those that didn't vote don't grumble..

You are not just judged by the company you keep, but the company you keep away from.
Re: Labour landslide.
I gave up UK politics when I moved to Spain 25 years because whoever is in power, it won't affect my life here, although Bexit did have a huge impact and still does.
But day to day running has none at all.
