Ingredients
- 180g milk chocolate, chopped
- 70g coconut oil
- 4 bananas, peeled and split lengthways
- 8 scoops of chocolate ice cream
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Squirty cream
Method
1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
2. Arrange the banana in four serving dishes. Add two scoops of chocolate and two scoops of vanilla to each dish. Add a swirl of squirty cream, then drizzle over the chocolate sauce. Serve.
