Now taking bookings for 2020.
The house is situated in La Siesta, Torrevieja.
It consists of large lounge , kitchen , single bedroom , shower/W.C. on the ground floor .
On the upper floor is two double bedrooms , and bathroom.
The master bedroom opens on to balcony , with views over the salt lake .
The house is in pristine condition and fully furnished.
Available from mid January onwards , and can accomodate up to five people, if required.

It's being processed now Freddo.
That's why I can't take bookings yet .
Hopefully , from mid January onwards .
I'm away to Germany thus week , until after new year .
So , it should be sorted by then , or soon after.
Having been in business here for nearly 16 years - I always follow the rules.

They are taking over 6 months to issue a rental licence

Anyway - no problem .
I can wait .
The house was bought as an investment .
As you know - money in the bank makes next to nothing .
As long as it's ready for summer let's, that's ok with me .
Only fools rush .
