Ingredients
- 145g pkt pizza base mix
- Flour, for dusting
- 75g passata
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 100g mozzarella, drained and torn
- Few fresh basil leaves
- 75g chestnut or button mushrooms, sliced
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7. Make up the pizza base mix according to the pack instructions.
2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 20cm circle. Place on a baking sheet. Leave to rise for the time specified on the pack instructions. Spread over the passata, leaving an approximate 2cm border.
3. Scatter over the mozzarella, basil leaves and mushrooms. Bake for 17 - 19 minutes until golden brown and piping hot. Serve.
