Ingredients
- 250g Brie cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp minced fresh thyme
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch Italian seasoning
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4. Lightly grease an oven-safe skillet that is slightly bigger than your wheel of cheese.
2. Slice the Brie cheese ½ - ⅔ of the way down into 1-inch slices. Rotate the Brie 90° and slice again so you end up with little diamonds.
3. Add the Brie to the prepared pan, then top with the garlic and thyme, and the Italian seasoning.
4. Drizzle over the honey and bake for 13 - 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly. Serve immediately.
