New Bus Service and Replacing old bus pass for the new one

Does anyone know the process and time frame for exchanging the free bus pass for the new one?
I know the old pass is ok to use for a while.....query November.....and I know the passes are now not free for all residents. We do meet the new required criteria.
Have they started exchanging the cards yet, has anyone actually done it yet or is the dates for doing it still to be announced?

No details on the process at present, but as at today the current information on timescale for exchange of cards (part of Phase 2 of the new bus service roll-out) is that it is expected to commence in October, and that the old and new cards will coexist until end of the year to allow bus users sufficient time to exchange.
