Nationwide charge bank for flights booked with debit card.
So far,
I have been asked twice for the same information re. Copies of emails exchanged with you know who.
I emailed all of this and posted hard copies.
Then told to contact you know who myself. That didn't work.
Phoned bank yesterday, put on hold and then conversations with different departments. Long waiting time before being connected.
Outcome, my case is being brought forward for assessment within 72 hours. If all paperwork is present and correct I will get a temporary refund within two weeks. Temporary until the bank gets the money back from you know who!
So if the money goes i to my account it's not really mine until the fat lady sings.
Hummm
Charge back

Re: Charge back
When the bank gets the money back for you, you know who has a period of time to dispute it, which is why they have said its temporary refund.
The period of time is 45 days (if I remember correctly) from when your bank first contacted you know who's bank
