Thanks Bee & chrisz, I found the facebook page last night, most of their recommendations were from various estate agents that pass on work to them.

Just checking this company out for my neighbour.

Has anybody heard of this company, or better still used them for work.

They came recommended by HPIS Real Estate, which is in Punta Prima, but no mention of this firm on their website.

So a child must be resident before you can apply for free healthcare, but!! to get residencia in the first place, you have to prove all your family has private healthcare, is it a catch 22 scenario.

On your bill the part that say's "Canon Saneamiento" will show a figure, mine is 16.27

Below that it will say "Aplazamiento canon de Saneamiento" which mine shows -16.27

Basically the government, whether Valencian or National I don't know, but they have suspended the Canon Saneamiento charge.

Water pistol would be your best bet, I'm trying to think what you could add to the water, it has to be something that won't stain, but will deter them from roosting again.
