German Drugstore Rossmann To Open In Quesada & Rojales

Quesada, is classed as Rojales its comes under that so it is very often called Rojales, I was wondering what the big building going up by Lidl was, I was hoping it wasn't another Chinese todo.

Someone posted on YouTube a video of the new Rossmann store in Torrevieja, and also the adjoining new TEDi store - old Aldi store split in two. Had never heard of TEDi before.
